Bosch Universal Plus Mixer

Bosch Universal Plus MixerEverything You Liked In The Old Bosch And More

The Bosch Universal has always been one of the best mixers out there. The only mixer I thought might be better than the Bosch Universal was the DLX Magic Mill Mixer but with all the new improvements in the new Bosch Universal Plus Mixer, I would have to say the Universal Plus is the better mixer. The Bosch Universal Plus is also $100 cheaper than the DLX and has the option to have a blender. All of the other mixers out there are not even close to the class of the Bosch Universal and the DLX mixers.

Both the Bosch Universal Plus and the DLX mixers can knead upto 15 pounds of dough, you can put that in you KitchenAid Pro Mixer AND SMOKE IT! Some people call the Bosch mixer the total kitchen machine because it can do so much for you. Beside mixing, wipping and blending; the Bosch Mixer has a huge line of attachments you can put on it for your several kitchen needs. I used to work on a website that sold several mixers and I got to learn alot about them, and the Bosch is definately the most recommeded mixer by those who use mixers the most. The only bad thing I can say about the new Bosch Universal Plus is that the price went up about $60 but that price increase came with some really good improvements.

Some Of The Improvements:

  • Wider Speed Range.
  • Suction feet to keep it from vibrating away.
  • A nice lip around the edge of the bowl for better holding and pouring.
  • The middle shaft now comes out with ease and is easy to clean.
  • 800 Watt Long Life Motor.
  • Can now take upto 15 pounds of dough.
  • An even stronger transmission.
  • Higher domed lid.
  • A stylish new look.

My Mother-In-Law's Testimonial of the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer:

"I love my Bosch Bread Mixer. I would recommend it to everyone. It is so easy to use. It's a breeze to clean. I hate things sitting on my countertop but I don't mind this machine a bit. Fits very nicely in a corner on my cupboard. I've made big batches & little batches of bread with it, works great for both. I can't say enough good things about it."

I recommend buying the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer from Kodiak Health.

Here is a Comparison Video of the Old Bosch mixer to the KitchenAid Mixer, it's not the new Bosch but a good comparison.
